Debbie Gilmer serves as Co-Director of MCHB's Healthy & Ready to Work National Resource Center, Associate Director of the Maine Support Network and Director of the Center for Self Determination, Health & Policy. She is also Assistant Director of the Western Maine Partnership at the University of Maine at Farmington. She has been engaged in transition, employment and inclusive education policy development and systems change in Maine for more than twenty five years working in partnership with state and community agencies, providers, youth and families. She is also Co-Director of the Maine State GEAR UP program supporting economically disadvantaged youth and their families to aspire to and succeed in college.
