I am the Director of the Office for Students with Disabilities and Deaf Services at Holyoke Community College where I have worked for 18 years. I am also one of the gaggles of folks who felt we (in higher ed) were long overdue for full inclusion of the many community members who have been excluded from higher ed and I dove into the Inclusive Concurrent Enrollment program without delay. As a community college staff person I believe every member of our community benefits from broad inclusion and our ICE program has demonstrated this in dozens of ways.
