Bob Wiggins is Associate Dean of the School of Education and Human Services at Oakland University in Rochester Michigan. Bob was formerly an elementary principal on Long Island for many years during which time he chaired his district's Committee on Special Education. Oakland University currently hosts post-secondary transitions programs for two local school districts and operates a post-secondary OPTIONS program for high school completers with mild cognitive disabilities.
